1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and menang18 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the menang18 online gaming platform accessible at menang18.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

menang18 is operated by an entity holding an international online gaming licence issued under the Curaçao jurisdiction. The Platform offers online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery, and related entertainment services to eligible adult users.

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed in the English language. Malaysian users are advised that online gambling occupies a complex regulatory environment in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is compliant with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on menang18, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You areat least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling applicable to international licensed platforms and the standard enforced by menang18.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident or national of any Prohibited Territory as defined by the Platform's licensing conditions.
• You have not previously been excluded from menang18 or had an Account terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of menang18 or its affiliated entities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing promotional restrictions, evading account bans, or claiming multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

4.3 KYC Documents. menang18 will require identity verification documents at the time of first withdrawal request, and may request them at any other time at its discretion. Acceptable documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad / IC)
• Valid Malaysian or international passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• Source of funds documentation (as required under anti-money-laundering obligations)

4.4 Verification Timelines. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. Withdrawals are suspended during the verification period. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively upon account creation to avoid delays when withdrawing winings.

4.5 Account Security. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. menang18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from compromised credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact support immediately.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, resale, or third-party benefit without express written consent from menang18.

5.2 Access to the Platform is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable basis. menang18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

5.3 All wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet or game action. Errors submitted by the Player cannot typically be reversed after confirmation.

5.4 menang18 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it reasonably determines that the outcome was affected by a technical error, exploited system vulnerability, or collusion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a Player has exploited a known software bug or an error in published odds to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. menang18 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian-localised payment channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH). Minimum deposit is RM30. Minimum withdrawal is RM50.

6.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-walets and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. Processing times may vary due to bank-side delays outside our control. menang18 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. Typical processing times are as follows:

• E-Walets (TnG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15–60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if a Player's account is under review for fraud, bonus abuse, or AML compliance. menang18 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.5 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.

6.6 Own Funds Policy. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using another person's payment method, is strictly prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 All bonus offers made available on the menang18 Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from X10 to X30, depending on the specific offer. Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 20%.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used within their designated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date) will be automatically forfeited, along with any winnings attributable to those bonus funds.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is typically capped at MYR 250–500, as specified in each promotion's terms. Placing wagers above this cap during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. menang18 reserves the right to withold, void, or claw back any bonus or-derived winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional lopholes, low-risk hedging strategies designed to beat wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to manipulate promotional terms.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 All games offered on the menang18 Platform are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each game type. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers.

8.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other available markets — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. Bets placed on markets where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or voided will be refunded at odds of1.0 unless otherwise specified.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. menang18 reserves the right to adjust individual bet limits for specific Players where warranted by risk management considerations.

8.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Player must submit a formal complaint to the support team within72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this window may not be eligible for review. All decisions made by menang18 in relation to disputes are final.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the menang18 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Coluding with other Players in games where individual decision-making affects outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play or bet on the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse or promotional exploitation schemes
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN or proxy
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other users

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 menang18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or where such action is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

10.2 Upon termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed. Forfeiture of funds may apply where funds are found to be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard processing and KYC checks. Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, menang18 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

11.2 menang18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of services; (c) any error or omission in game results; (d) any unauthorised access to your Account; or (e) any force majeure event.

11.3 You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. menang18 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through participation in games or betting activities on the Platform. You participate at your own risk.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the menang18 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of menang18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation.

12.3 The menang18 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which menang18 holds its international gaming licence (Curaçao), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 menang18 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated".

14.2 Where changes are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
